3-Month Regulation Journey

For those navigating constant high stress, tension, burnout, or big life transitions. This container offers steady support and space for real change. Beneficial for long-term success in overcoming different emotional challenges, raising body awareness and reprogramming old habits into new ones.

Do I need prior experience with meditation or breathwork?
Not at all. Sessions are guided and adapted to your experience level, whether you’re completely new or already familiar with these practices.


How often should I book sessions?
This depends on your needs. Some people benefit from occasional sessions, while others prefer regular, ongoing support for deeper regulation and stability.
